At FIGÙR, every collection is freshly crafted with premium ingredients and prepared with care to ensure the highest quality experience.

Due to the nature of our products being fresh, perishable, and often made-to-order, all sales are generally considered final.

However, customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us.

  • Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect order received  
  • Damaged products upon delivery  
  • Significant quality concerns reported immediately upon receipt  
  • Delivery issues caused directly by FIGÙR

To assist us in resolving any issue, customers are kindly requested to contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • Order number  
  • Clear photos/videos of the product  
  • Brief explanation of the concern

Please note:

  • Taste preferences are subjective and may not qualify for refunds  
  • Products that were not stored according to our care instructions may not be eligible for compensation  
  • Customized, corporate, or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has started

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement products  
  • Store credit  
  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)excluding the delivery amount.

FIGÙR reserves the right to assess each request individually to maintain fairness and product integrity.
