Figùr is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products where allergen information has been made available or where the customer did not disclose relevant concerns before ordering.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • Payment is not completed
  • Product is unavailable
  • Delivery information is incorrect
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • The order cannot be fulfilled for operational reasons

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund where applicable.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment options.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Delivery

Delivery availability, timing, and charges may vary depending on your location and order details.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, operational issues, courier delays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the order.

8. Perishable and Fresh Products

Because our products are handcrafted food items, they are perishable and must be handled according to the storage instructions provided.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for proper storage and consumption within the recommended shelf-life period.

Figùr is not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper handling, storage, exposure to heat, humidity, sunlight, or delayed collection after delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • There was a confirmed issue with the order caused by Figùr

To request support, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds are approved at our discretion and may be issued to the original payment method.

Custom, corporate, seasonal, and pre-order items may not be cancelled once preparation has started.

10. Corporate and Custom Orders

Corporate gifting, event orders, custom packaging, and bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, timelines, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms.

Once confirmed, custom orders may not be cancelled or changed unless agreed by Figùr in writing.

11. Promotions and Offers

Promotions, discounts, and offers may be subject to separate terms and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed unless we agree otherwise.

You agree not to misuse our website, including by:
