At Figùr, we aim to deliver every order as quickly and carefully as possible while maintaining the quality of our handcrafted products.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Dubai

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST) are typically eligible for:

  • Same-day delivery, or
  • Next-day delivery depending on order volume, product availability, and destination

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may be delivered the following business day.

Other Emirates

Orders outside Dubai are generally delivered within:

1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

Dubai

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 200
  • Orders below AED 200 may incur delivery charges calculated at checkout

Other Emirates

Delivery charges are calculated based on location and shown during checkout.

Product Shelf Life & Handling

Our products are handcrafted and should be consumed within the recommended timeframe.

Recommended shelf life after receiving your order:

  • Fruit collections: consume within 4 days
  • Nut-based collections & medallions: consume within 10 days

For best quality, follow any storage instructions provided with your order.

Because products may be sensitive to heat and environmental conditions, customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Recipient is unavailable
  • Incorrect delivery information was provided
  • Contact cannot be reached

we may arrange a second delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply.

For perishable products, Figùr cannot guarantee product quality following prolonged delays caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications (address changes, delivery time changes, etc.) may be accepted within 30 minutes of placing an order, provided preparation has not started.

Once production or preparation begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Custom, corporate, and bulk orders may be subject to separate cancellation conditions.

Tracking & Updates

Customers may receive delivery updates or confirmations through available channels including:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • SMS (where applicable)

Availability of tracking depends on courier and delivery method.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Large gifting, event, or corporate orders may require additional processing time and scheduled delivery arrangements.

Customers are encouraged to place bulk orders in advance.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Courier disruptions
  • Operational issues
  • High seasonal demand

Figùr is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
